Installation

1. The standard time from order to delivery is 4 to 6 weeks
2. Customer will be contacted 3 days in advance of delivery for customer and site availability and for confirmed directions to site
3. Building can be installed on any level surface and includes standard anchors
4. Site must be clear
5. 1 foot clearance around outside of building required for carports and 3 feet for any finished (enclosed) side
6. Standard building installation is included in the price! However, additional work or down time due to site problems is billed at $150 per hour
7. If site is not level, customer will be billed for building and crew will not install. Any redelivery or scheduling will be at additional price
